Thank you for shopping with DustnDrops.shop, operated by Dust and Drops Services LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.
1) Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2) Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 7–15 business days (average, depending on supplier and location).
- Expedited Shipping (when available): 5–10 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination; most orders arrive within 10–25 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to factors beyond our control (customs clearance, courier delays, weather, etc.).
3) Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to the United States and select international countries.
- Some products may ship from U.S. warehouses and others from international suppliers (including China and other regions). This may result in separate packages if you order multiple items.
4) Tracking Your Order
- Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
5) Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Dust and Drops Services LLC is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs processing.
6) Delayed or Lost Packages
- If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@dustndrops.shop with your order number.
- We will assist in locating your order, but please note we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
7) Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
